The employee helping me after a 20-day stay was very kind and helpful, even if I told him I had lost my ticket. It helps to take a picture of the booking reservation. I would stay there again.

Parked here for 10 days and took a short walk to AirTran. Nice place and beats long term parking at JFK. Definitely will park here again.

Oscar is such a great guy. I was impress with his customer service skill. I never got that before in a parking lot. Excels at following up with customers to ensure they are fully satisfied. Thanks for answering all my questions Oscar. Many blessings always! I usually don't review any company but this gentleman deserves that people acknowledged his great work.

Great option for long term parking near JFK, specially during winter storm days. It is accesible from the air train + one E line stop, or about 18 min in a cab. Parking attendants were very kind and car was just as I left it. I recommend booking through one of the parking apps to save some bucks.

Perfect and seamless. We reserved a spot a couple months before. Took a $30 to $40 uber to and from JFK. Have your QR code at the ready when entering AND leaving.

Easy to find, easy to park, security present, very reasonable pricing. The attendant was present/very friendly/very helpful and, frankly, the reason I will park here the next time I fly out of JFK. The subway is literally right outside and a 1 stop commute to the AirTrain to JFK. I’m a navigational idiot and I figured it out. As long as my car is intact upon return (I’ll update if not), I’d 100% recommend this garage.

I booked online for this parking and was pretty concerned by some of the other reviews I read. The other reviews are definitely correct about it not being in a great neighborhood and I was returning at midnight so this was of great concern to me. When I dropped my car off during the day, I walked to the JFK AirTrain and it only took around 10 minutes so from leaving the car to being in thee airport terminal was less than 30 minutes. I got an Uber on my return so that I didn't have to walk alone late at night and they dropped me right at the entrance. I picked up my car, handed over the receipt for my prepaid parking to Fred, the parking attendant on duty at midnight and I was out of there without a hitch in seconds. Fred was really excellent and was asking me where I had travelled from and was very helpful. This was a really good way to park at JFK and really cheap for 1 week and I will certainly use them again.

Parked here for 10 days, when flying out of JFK. Booked a spot couple of weeks in advance through way(dot)com - no issues with the QR-code being accepted upon entry or exit. The place feels safe and there were some nice cars parked at the lower level. Lyft was $27 to terminal 1 and $40 on the way back.
